Congratulations to Paul Bourke, Senior Associate – Design/ Delivery Manager at Rail Planning Services, for recently achieving the Chartered (CPEng), NER and international engineering credentials through Engineers Australia.

Paul is a civil engineer with over 15 years’ design and construction experience across a range of infrastructure projects. He has extensive knowledge of design and construction methodology, particularly in the brownfield context, and of the issues associated with the planning, delivery, operation and maintenance of transportation projects. Paul is currently carrying out the role of Design and Delivery Manager on the Moorebank Interstate Terminal Development.
