Despite a torrential downpour in Sydney, it was an energising evening filled with honest conversations, shared stories, and plenty of laughter. Seeing our mentors and mentees connect with openness and curiosity was a powerful reminder… leadership isnβt just about titles – itβs about presence, trust, growth and fun!
Our program is all about developing future leaders through real relationships and lived experience. Our mentorsΒ andΒ mentees are some of the smartest, most driven people we’ve metΒ – Ingenium’s future is in great hands.
