We’re excited to welcome Stuart Barlow to our growing Queensland team.
With almost ten years’ experience in rail infrastructure, maintenance, and engineering operations, Stuart brings a wealth of expertise in leading complex maintenance programs, managing critical assets, and building high-performing teams. Most recently, he served as Production Manager for Metro Trains Melbourne, where he led track maintenance, renewal, and construction activities across one of Australia’s busiest rail networks.
Throughout his career, Stuart has demonstrated exceptional leadership in operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and emergency response coordination. He has successfully managed multimillion-dollar maintenance budgets, delivered large-scale infrastructure projects, and driven continuous improvement initiatives that enhanced workforce efficiency, safety, and asset performance.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and strong technical capability, he has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams across signalling, electrical, structures, and facilities disciplines to achieve outstanding operational outcomes.
