As I reflect on my first 12 months as CEO of Ingenium, I can honestly say it’s been one of the most enjoyable and rewarding years of my career.
Over the past year, we’ve continued to evolve our business; expanding into new sectors, welcoming talented new people to the team, investing in our people and mentoring program, as well as building stronger connections across industry in Australia and New Zealand.
At the same time, we’ve remained focused on delivering for our existing clients, whose trust and support continue to be the foundation of our success. To our clients, industry partners and the many people we’ve had the privilege to work alongside this year, thank you!
What stands out most to me, however, is our people. Their expertise, commitment, ‘can do’ attitude, and willingness to support one another, make Ingenium a truly special business. All of which is greatly appreciated.
A big thank you to our Directors and Leadership Team – brave, talented and committed one and all. A special mention to our back-of-house team for the laughs, support, and the vital role you play in underpinning everything we do.
And a shout out to our Chair, Glenn Bentley, for his guidance, trust and ongoing support. Your experience, counsel and commitment to Ingenium are greatly valued, and I’m delighted that we’ll continue working together over the coming years.
I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together and excited about what lies ahead.
