Yesterday, Ingenium’s Leadership Team came together to confirm our priorities for the year ahead. It was a day of open discussion, healthy challenge and shared commitment as we aligned around our business plan and the opportunities in front of us.

We rounded out the day with a Christmas in July catch up for our Sydney-based team. It was a great opportunity to get together, welcome newer team members and enjoy each other’s company. Investing in our culture is just as important as investing in our strategy!
