A beautiful Sydney evening this week brought our mentoring group together once again.
It was great to welcome our newest participants, Aiden Do and Jorian Mitchell, two graduate engineers already bringing fresh perspectives, curiosity and energy to the group. Just as importantly, it was fantastic to see new and long standing mentors and mentees connecting so openly, sharing stories, insights and plenty of laughs.
With this cohort well into their first year, the program continues to reinforce a simple truth: future leaders are shaped through real relationships. The contribution this group makes to each other and to Ingenium strengthens our culture, builds capability and supports our long‑term leadership pipeline.
