Ingenium is joining the fight against motor neurone disease (MND), by supporting our Kathryn Ratcliffe in her team’s FightMND Daniher’s Drive campaign.

This is a cause close to Kathryn’s heart. Her family carries a genetic version of the disease and more than 10 family members have lost their lives to MND, including her grandfather, father and brothers.
MND currently has no cure. It robs patients of their movement and dignity by slowly stopping all muscle operation, including breathing.
Daniher’s Drive is a road trip through rural Victoria, held in October each year, with the purpose of raising funds and awareness to contribute to the fight against MND. Since Daniher’s Drive kicked off in 2015, the campaign has raised over $14 million to fuel the fight against MND.
It is part of the amazing work by FightMND which, over the past 10 years, has raised awareness, funding and real hope for a cure for this cruel disease.
In recognition of his extraordinary leadership and advocacy, Neale Daniher AO was named the 2025 Australian of the Year. Despite his own battle with MND, Neale’s unwavering efforts have inspired a nation, proving that resilience and community can change lives.
