We’re pleased to announce that Isabelle Vautrin has joined our growing QLD team.
Isabelle is a Project Manager with 15+ years’ experience delivering complex rollingstock and engineering programs across the rail, energy and defence sectors. She has led project portfolios exceeding $200m and brings strong expertise in project governance, planning and performance management.
Most recently, Isabelle led key variation orders on the Queensland New Generation Rollingstock (QNGR) program, including ATO/PSD integration and ETCS onboard systems. She was responsible for project planning, financial performance and stakeholder coordination within complex, safety-critical environments.
She also led an Engineering PMO across ANZ, overseeing engineering performance, resource planning and workload management for a 150+ engineer workforce. Isabelle brings a structured and pragmatic approach to delivery, with strengths in governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment, helping drive clear and predictable project outcomes.
