Mat is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 30+ yearsβ experience delivering complex, large-scale projects across Australiaβs energy sector – spanning generation, renewables, transmission & distribution networks, and heavy industry.
Most recently, Mat spent 15 years with Endeavour Energy, leading major capital works delivery, including large-scale substation and transmission projects and innovative energy initiatives such as the Bawley Point Microgrid, recognised with the Energy Networks Australia Consumer Engagement Award (2023).
Mat brings deep capability in stakeholder engagement, contract and commercial management, and end-to-end delivery across the full project lifecycle, with a strong focus on safety, governance and compliance.
